Bio: Neo's past is shrouded in darkness. He is the leader of a tribe of black dokidoki's, a race of dokidokis who live to serve Magic. Rumor has it that he was kicked out of the kingdom of Dokshinta by Lumashi's father for practicing rituals and teaching the way of Magic to children. He and his tribe have lived in the forest surrounding Dokshinta ever since awaiting and plotting to overtake the hidden kingdom.

After several years of planning the Dark Lord finally put his plans into action and with a mass army attacked the kingdom mercilessly killing the King and Queen and took over the kingdom with Dokuna, Lumashi's childtime friend, as his servent.

The kingdom is like a wasteland now, home to black dokidokis who practice Magic rituals every day. Neo allows them to roam as they please and keeps Dokuna alive for his own pleasures. He knows Lumashi lives but does not fear him as he waits to see if he will ever return.
